If you register for a free trial of our "Pro" or "Team" tiers, you will not be charged until the trial period expires. You may cancel your subscription at any time during the trial period to avoid being charged.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
- No Partial Refunds: If you cancel your subscription, you will not receive a refund for any fees already paid for your current billing period.
- Continued Access: You will continue to have access to the Service through the end of your current billing cycle.
3. Refunds
General Rule: All payments are non-refundable.
- Exceptions: We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion (e.g., if you were charged due to a technical error on our end).
- EU Residents: If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital service contract within 14 days. However, by using the Service immediately, you may waive this right.
